Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon
1/4 oz Giuseppe Giusti Agrodolce Bianco (white balsamic vinegar)
1/2 oz Quai Sud Fig Syrup
Orange peel
Preperation:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add bourbon, vinegar, and syrup; stir. Strain into ice filled old-fashioned cocktail glass. Twist orange peel to release oils, rub gently over the rim of the glass, then drop into the cocktail. Enjoy responsibly!
