Ingredients
1 bag SAPORI ANTICHI REGINELLE PASTA
½ cup olive oil
2 large garlic cloves (minced) ½ tbsp
crushed red pepper
¼ cup minced flat-leaf parsley
¼ cup finely chopped basil
¼ cup finely chopped chives
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
2. Add the pasta and cook intil al dente
3. Transfer to a colander to drain
4. Meanwhile, in a large, deep skillet, combine the oil with the garlic and crushed red pepper and cook over medium heat until the garlic is soft but not colored, about 1 minute
5. Add the herbs and cook just they begin to sizzle, about 30 seconds 6. Remove from the heat; add the FUSILLONI PASTA and toss evenly to coat with the herbs
7. Season with salt and pepper
8. Transfer the pasta to a large bowl, toss with the cheese and serve immediately Serves 4-6
