Almond Hummus with LeBlanc Pure Almond Oil

LBG4 Almond Oil

Ingredients: 

3 T almonds
two 19 oz cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
4-5 garlic cloves, chopped
2/3 c tahini
2/3 c water
5 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt, to taste
fresh parsley for garnish
 

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with parsley and a drizzle of almond oil, if desired.
3. Serve with pita or vegetable crudité. Hummus can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
