Here is an easy recipe to make Sunday mornings unforgettable:
(for 4 slices of brioche )
- 4 one to two-inch-thick slices of brioche
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 TBSP of granulated sugar
- 1 vanilla pod (can substitute with vanilla extract)
- Butter for griddle
1 / Whisk eggs in a large dish. Add the milk, sugar, vanilla; whisk well to combine.
2 / Soak the bread in the egg wash for 5 seconds; flip and dip the other side for another 5 seconds.
3 / On a lightly greased pan, fry until golden brown for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for another 3 minutes.
4 / Repeat with remaining bread slices.
