1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. Heat grill to medium high. Skewer shrimp and coat with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
2. Grill until shrimp is opaque, turning halfway through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Toss with pesto and arrange on platter. Serve with grilled vegetables, salad, or pasta tossed with pesto.
