1 lb Baby bella mushrooms, stems removed
extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup Bread crumbs

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Stuff mushroom caps with feta cheese and top with a sprinkle of bread crumbs. Drizzle with olive oil, and bake until cheese is bubbly and bread crumbs are golden, about 15 minutes.
3. Place on platter and top each mushroom with pesto. Serve with your favorite prosecco!
